Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Phoenix Energy Healing & Wellness Membership
​

At The Phoenix, we believe in holding a supportive space for our members while also maintaining the integrity and structure of our programs. Please review the following policies before enrolling in any of our offerings.

Monthly Self-Paced Courses
​
  • Each month, one self-paced course will be selected and released by The Phoenix team.

  • These courses are available only during the month they are released.

  • Members must manually enroll in the course during the active period. If enrollment is not completed during the available window, access to that course will be forfeited.

  • Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of these offerings, no refunds, transfers, or rollovers are allowed for self-paced courses.

 

Live Workshops, Events, and Healing Sessions

  • If you need to cancel your spot in a live workshop or event, you must email us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.

  • You will have the option to:

    • Apply your payment to another event of equal or lesser value, or

    • Rollover your payment to a future session of the same event.

  • These credits must be used within 3 months from the original event date.

  • If you’re transferring to a higher-value event, the difference in price must be paid at the time of transfer.

  • Once a class or event has begun, no transfers, rollovers, or refunds will be honored.

 

No Refunds Policy & eGift Option

  • While we do not offer monetary refunds for any services, sessions, classes, workshops, or products, we understand that life happens.

  • In lieu of a refund, we are happy to issue an eGift Card in the amount of your original payment, which:

    • Can be used toward any eligible Phoenix offering

    • May be gifted to a friend or colleague

    • Must be used within 3 months

 

Membership Terms & Early Cancellation

  • All memberships are set for the duration selected at the time of enrollment (monthly, quarterly, annual).

  • If you wish to cancel your membership early:

    • You will be responsible for 50% of the remaining membership balance,

    • Plus a $50 early cancellation fee.

  • If you’re downgrading to a different tier or changing the length of your commitment:

    • Only the $50 cancellation fee applies.

    • Your change will not be activated until the fee is paid and the new plan is confirmed.

  • If you are upgrading to a higher tier, the $50 cancellation fee will be waived.
